Our son, who has just turned 18, sued us in the Los Angeles Small Claims Court for his bedroom furniture, a dresser, a cocktail table, and some US Savings Bonds. We felt we didn't owe him a dime. The case was heard about two weeks ago, and it was dismissed. We are filing an icourthouse action for "harassment and making threats" against the real person behind the lawsuit. He is a 40 year old gay male neighbor, with whom our son has in the past visited, then temporarily stayed with, and now lives with for the past three years. The man has taken our son, and we want him back.

I won a basketball card in a Yahoo auction for $50 and immediately paid $53, which included insurance. James told me he had mislaid the card and I would have to wait several weeks. The card never came when he said it would. When I complained, he said he had just found it and would send it now. It never came. He blamed the post. When I pointed out I had paid for insurance, he ceased communication.

I was harassed at work until I quit. I am a scientist in a medical research company. My boss kept trying to kiss me, and made constant lewd suggestions. I was cold to his approaches, but I still had to be respectful and do my job. Finally, he grabbed me and kissed me. I told my husband, who reported the boss to management. The boss was fired after a week of investigations. Nevertheless, I was so stressed that I quit. I am looking for financial compensation for the time I had to take off before I could look for a new job, and the difference in loss of seniority.
