Plaintiff feels that had ABC Company adjusted the workload in his territory he could have done his job. ABC Company claims it was never informed that Mr. Smith had cancer (only that he had been ill) or that he needed his territorial responsibilities cut back because he was having chemotherapy and could only work part-time. ABC says plaintiff was terminated because he consistently failed to meet his sales quotas.

Job of secretary came open. I have been at workplace 3 yrs., a co-worker I trained just had a 1 yr. anniversary, and was put in this job, which had a nice pay raise. Do I have a case of discrimination, since I have senority and I trained her? Also, I have an interracial marriage that I think played a big part in the decision to give her the job.

I purchase a Diamond Wedding Band about three years ago. Actually it was custom made by the owner of the store. Recently I lost the diamond out of the ring due to the fact that the prong broke off and the other two prongs did not hold it together. I feel because this is a custom made piece this should not have happen, I now have to have the diamond replaced and it will probably cost a fortune. Can I have the store pick up the tab on the diamond or what can I do.
