I paid defendant $1000 for a business web site design and build. The defendant never completed, nor refunded the site cost. He displays the site he started for me on his client page, which I have no rights to. He offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but yet does not such guarantee. His claim for this is his claim that I was satisfied. He will not refund my money, or complete the site for the package I paid for. I request for a full refund in the amount of $1000.00, which I paid thru Pay Pal.

A dog breeder of an exotic type of dog agreed to sell me 2 pups when the female had her litter. Now she won't sell them to me. She says it's because she's heard I would mistreat them, but I think it's because the price for these dogs has gone way up since our agreement and she thinks she can get a better deal. I would like an order that says she has to sell the pups at the agreed price.
