I ordered a phone that was priced at 304.99 with a 100% rebate. I received the phone on Mar 2, 2001. I sent the rebate information on Mar 10, 2001. I did not receive any kind of notice telling me that my submission was missing something until I emailed them and they replied on 4/21. It wasn't until 4/22 I was told of the expiring date, so I tried to resend the mail on 4/24. The expiring date was 4/30 and the mail go their 5/1. I am only trying to get the 304.99 back.

My wife was involved in a rear end accident while 7 months pregnant (not at fault). She began contractions that required medication thru the night to cease. We were afraid our first baby was going to be born preemie or die, and worried for next 2.5 months that there may be problems from the accident. We have asked for $1,500.00 pain and suffering, other $$ issues are already established. The lady at fault's Ins. Co. has offered $500.00.

My brother was supposed to take care of our mother's jewelry when she had a stroke 3 years ago. Now certain pieces are missing, and he shrugs off my questions. Since I hold her power of attorney, I have to account for everything. I want my brother to either explain the loss satisfactorily, or make good it's value.
