CASE NUMBER 2003-10936
I am a student at Riverside High and I was recently expelled from school because of a knife I was carrying in the trunk of my car. While I understand the school's policies of Zero Tolerance, the knife was in the trunk of my car and I was not planning to use it against anyone. I was breaking the no off campus rule and I was caught, and because of this, staff members began to search me and my vehicle. They found the knife in my car and I was then expelled. I was not threatening to use the knife against another student or staff member; the knife was only in my car.

Recently, I took my dog for a check-up at the vet because it didn't appear to be feeling well. During the check-up, the vet gave me a special medication that I was to feed to my dog three times a day. Upon feeding the pills to my dog however, instead of getting better, the dog began to regurgitate repeatedly and could not take any food. The problem became so bad that my dog actually fell over unconcious and I was unable to revive it; I had to take it to the hospital.

I was riding home from school on my bicycle. As I rode into my neighborhood, an SUV passed by. The occupant in the seat next to the driver's seat lowered his window and threw a water bottle at me. It hit the front wheel of my bike, causing me to fall over, shattering my wrists and elbows and getting many scrapes and bruises. My bike was also damaged, along with materials I was carrying with me at the time. It was very painful and caused endless amounts of trouble.

My name is Elis D. Geon. I went into supercuts and asked to get my hair bleached. A lady put the bleach in and said she would leave it in for 15 minutes. She left to help another customer. After some time went by, i was reading my magazine as i felt a hot burn and looked at the clock and it had been 25 minutes, 10 minutes longer than the directions she gave. I told her right away and she came and rinsed my hair as it all fell out.
