On July 2nd, 2003, my friends and I went to a public plaza/park to perform a few dramas and dances to evangelize to the neighborhood and the people in the plaza/park. Many people came to watch our performances. Therefore, we decided to go the next day. However, one of the managers rudely forbidded us to perform, because we were disrupting business. The manager also said that if we didn't obey, he would send us to the police. This is a clear violation of the first amendment: freedom of expression. In doing so, the storekeeper brought emotional distress onto us.

A month ago, my friend bought me a very expensive tea set as a house warming gift. However, after a fight that we had, she demanded the set back. I refused, as I loved the tea set, and she stormed off angrily. One night, after work, I came home to find the tea set smashed and broken. I confronted her about it, because not only was the tea set smashed, she had also ruined my kitchen where the set was placed. I am now sueing 800 dollars to fix my kitchen and replace the tea set.
