I was walking in to Safeway, the grocery store on Bollinger. All I wanted was some frozen pizza and t.v. dinners. Suddenly I slipped and fell on to my gluteous maxamous with all the items falling on top of me. There was a puddle of water all over the floor without a warning sign. I would like $10,000 from the defendant for personal injury and emotional distress.

CASE NUMBER 2003-10989
I am filing a personal injury claim against my cousin, Jim. We were hanging out, playing guitar, and listening to music when we got into an argument over which guitarist was better: Kirk Hammet or Randy Rhoades. In a fit of rage, Jim took the guitar and jammed it into my stomach. He not only fractured one of my ribs, but caused some minor internal bleeding. I am suing Jim for $1000 in damages.

One day I was walking home from school and I looked down and saw my shoe was not tied. So I bent down and started to tie my shoe. Then all of a sudden I hear someone yelling and I see this over wait man on his bike. Right when I was going to get up he rides past me and his clipper from his bike cuts my left arm. This scratch was bleeding right through my clothes. That man didn't even stop when he cut me. I went to the hospital immediately and I had to get ten stitches. I want 2000 dollars for hit and run and for my medical bill.

Hi, recently i bought an expensive stereo system from frys, which cost me $200. obviously i couldn't try the system while it was sealed inside the box, but after i got home it didn't work no matter how much i tried to fix it. so i called frys and they wouldn't let me return it. So i think warranty of merchantability works here because the stereo is not of average quality, i think i should be able to return it for a full refund.

a couple months ago, i recieved a magazine for clothes. i decided to order some jeans, because i needed a pair, and since they were having a sale, i thought why not. so i sent in my order form and money, i paid by check. i waited for about a month, and started to wonder where my pants were. i tried calling the company but they said that it was coming and to wait for another week. after about a week and a half, i called them again only to find out that they couldnt find my order, but on my check balance it said that the check had been deposited. i wish to have my money back, 50 dollars for my pair of jeans, plus money for not getting service and distressing me about where my money went.
