CASE NUMBER 2003-11000
I loaned a sum of money to one Ashley W. (whose last name will not be disclosed at this time) that amounted to $5.00 on an outing to Chevy's restaurant. I believe that as of now, three months later, Ashley still owes me that money plus interest because of it's late payment. After hearing this claim, I think you will agree that I will be entitiled to at least $20.00 compensation.

Nakul ("I") ordered Digital Subscription Line ('DSL') from Daily-Digital for $49.99 per month and a set up fee of $79.99. I was supposed to receive my modem box free of charge to connect to my service. Their statement states "Give at least 2-3 weeks for delivery". It has been 6 weeks and still no product. I have tried contacting Customer Service, but to no avail as they never pick up their phone. Therefore I’m filing case against Daily-Digital.

On January 5, 2002, the plaintiff was having his birthday with his friend's house. When they were about to cut the cake, the defendant dropped the knife and cut off the plaintiff's toe. The plaintiff was escorted to the hospital and the docter wasn't able to sow it back on because the defendant forgot to bring the cut off toe. Thus the defendant is being sued.

SO one day I was at work. It was late one night and I was closing my facility. It was about 9:00 and pitch black out side. There were no lights and I couldn't see anything. I tugged at the gate and finally got it to close except it smashed my finger in between the two pieces. I pulled it out and it seemed okay like I had just jammed it. On Monday I had X-Rays taken and sure enough it was broken. There should be some compensation.

I purchased a $50 toaster approximately one month ago. The toaster has two settings: LOW and HIGH. The problem with my toaster is that if I toast my bread on the LOW setting, my bread does not toast at all but instead becomes nothing but warm bread. If I toast my bread on the HIGH setting, I am left with a black, burnt piece of rock. There is no middle ground! This horrendous experience has left me $50 poorer and full of emotional distress. Please help.
