SO I ordered 100 T-shirts from Champion for my school rally, in the color blue. The week I recieved it was the week when our rally was on. When I recieved my package from the UPs man, I opened it to find 100 T-shirts in Yellow!! Fusterated, I called the Customer's Service line, but there a Spanish speaking man could not understand what I was trying to explain.

2 minors were caught attempting to shoplift. They had switched price codes on a couple of electronic items valued at 150 dollars a piece with the bar codes of products valued at 30 dollars a piece. One minor then purchased the 2 electronic items for 60 dollars. While being interogatted the minor confessed to having commited this crime without being caught once before. In response to the question, "Did you know you were going to steal when u came here?" the minor replied that he had. We are pressing charges for burglary, since the crime was evidently pre-meditated.

I was driving along a road and a squirrel ran into my cars path. I pushed on the brakes to avoid hitting it. The defendant, Mr. Yue was following so close that he did not have time to brake and slammed into the back of my car at 40 MPH. I have suffered a broken wrist and arm, causing me to be unable to work. I am suing Mr. Yue for $1000000 for personal injury and work compensation.

I was getting my teeth braces tightened but then all of a sudden, while the dentist was tightening, they suddenly pulled so hard that my teeth fell out. I am sueing for 10million dollars, against the defendant, Mr. Yao for personal Injury for the loss of all my teeth. As well as emotional distress for not having any teeth for the rest of my life.

I purchased a dining table from San Jose Furniture Co. on 10/18/02 mode#345a53487. The table came with a 90 day warranty and a guarantee that it could support up to 200 pounds. On 11/25/03 i was doing homework on the table and suddenly a leg collapsed causing the table to land on my feet. I had to get foot surgery and it caused me to miss 1 semester of PE.
