CASE NUMBER 2003-11053
In my case, I would like to make clear that my neighbor has been a domestic distrubance. They have been more than reluctant to follow my orders of not displaying such acts of dirtiness. As a citizen, I believe that I have the right to not have waste pourn onto my property. I been smelling obscene things in my backyard. I saw my neighbor disposing his human waste onto my property. It's a great threat. I believe this has cause great damage to my family and would like to be paid for anixety and other compensations. We already told the defendant time and time before, he should stop, but he never listened. That is all.

CASE NUMBER 2003-11052
I know everyone has a right to protect their property, but as a citizen I think everyone should be able to do their "business" anywhere they want. I mean dogs go to the bathroom anywhere, I don't understand why can't I. Dogs don't get sued either. I really think I'm doing the plaintiff a favor by making his plants grow healthy with my daily visits to his backyard.

On August the 15 of this year me my wife and many other couples we know heard the wirst news a parent can receive. While our child was attending the neighborhood pre-school a semi-truck crashed in to the side of the pre-school, killing 13 children. We are suing US Trucking for the sum of 80 million in compensatory as well as punitive damages on grounds of wrongful death due to negligence.

I got into a fierce, controversial argument with my nextdoor neighbor. The next day, he chopped off my favorite tree in my backyard because he said that its branches were amassing in his backyard and they were blocking the sunlight for his plants. I think he did that just to make me angry.
