I am a electrician and I worked for a employer for approximately 3 weeks. During that time I completed alot of work and the foreman was telling me I was doing a good job. Another supervior arrived on the job he began to harrass me on the job. I was fired after working there 3 weeks--the company noting on my termination slip that my work was undesirable and I lose focus and direction. I am furious about this. Can I take this company to court for making false accusations?

I am a electrican and have worked out of a union for many employers over the years. Now that I am in my 40's when I am referred to the employer they are rejected me and not required to give a reason why. It does state in the collective bargining agreement that the employer has the right to reject a applicant for employment. Do I have any recourse in this matter?
