This case is regarding E-bay transaction #2246807038 in which I was the seller and Mr. Drenger was the buyer. This case is disputing the negative feedback Mr. Drenger gave me following the conclusion of the transaction. The comments Mr. Drenger entered to justify the negative transaction are referring to behaviors of bidders and not the seller. Mr. Drenger has stated he has changed his reasoning for leaving negative feedback to the fact the item was received damaged, however Mr. Drenger was given a $250 discount off the selling price to compensate, or the option for a full refund. Whichever was satisfactory. He chose the $250 discount. I think it is clear that at worst, this transaction deserves a neurtral rating. However the stated comments definiteoly do not justify a negative rating at least.

My wife owns our house, with her first husband. The house is paid for, and there are no morgages on it. In the six years I have been married to her, her first husband has not lifted a finger to pay half the taxes on the property. The house is large, and is in need of major repairs. He will not sign the house over to my wife, so we can take a morgage out and fix it up.
