Afer winning an auction on www.ebay.com I requested that the item be shipped from the west coast to the east coast as inexpensive as possible. I was charged the maximum amount on a shipping method I was not familiar with. When I requested the shipping method changed the defendant proceeded to file a complaint against me for non-payment. I had every intention to pay and complete the transaction but as a result of a request for a different shipping method I have been penalized.

CASE NUMBER 2004-11114
We rented a warehouse to Mr. Alvarez to be used as a Furniture Factory. The lease agreement was for a year, which he paid in full. When it was time to renew the lease, he did not want a new agreement. He wanted two things: First, the rent price to be the same for the next year and second he wanted to be compensated for different repairs and changes he made in the warehouse during that year. We did not agree with any of these conditions. Now, three months later he is still using the warehouse, and has not paid us anything since then.

I am suing the pan-flute guys who play that horrible "music" at street fair. My Fried Corn Booth was across the street and hearing this music non-stop has caused unbelievable psychological and hearing damage and I hate music now. I mean seriously, I must have mental damage if I'm typing a case. I am suing the pan-flute people for 100,000 gold coins.
