I was the unbelted, sleeping, rear seat passenger in large SUV. Large SUV southbound on an Interstate. Traffic moderate. Approx. 1/8 mile ahead auto #1 cut in front of small SUV that was on an exit ramp which lead to intersecting Interstate(westbound). Small SUV struck left rear of auto #1 causing auto #1 to spin into southbound traffic. Auto #2 (south bound) collided with auto #1. Southbound tractor trailer stopped before colliding with #1 & #2 autos. Large SUV rearended tractor trailer (adjacent lanes were occupied). Time: 12:30 am. Misty but roads were dry. Driver of large SUV did not see either accident causing vehicles ahead of him to stop. Plaintiff has suffered serious injury. Inquiry-apportionment of fault between all vehicles and me (no belt).

I am one of several nurses who work for a Hospital without being part of the union which represents the vast majority of employees at my position. I have recently expressed an interest in joining the union. The hospital claims that I am barred from joining pursuant to an agreement betweent the hospital and the union several years ago. A term of that agreement was that myself and atleast one other nurse were specifically never to become union represented employees. I believe this is a violation of my right to union representation on the part of the union and the hospital.

I hired a cleaning person(John Smith)to clean my house and his cost to do this was $75. The cleaning person said it would be best to clean the house if no one was home. He is a smooth talker, so I agreed. He cleaned my house once a week. After a few visits I started to notice items were missing from my house, mainly jewelry. I confronted him and he denied doing such a thing. I didn't know what to do, so I fired him. I put a complaint into the police and I filed charges against him. The police looked into what I accused John Smith of and the police found enough evidence against him to get an arrest warrant. The police went to his home and arrested and charged him with a felony, due to my jewels he had stolen was worth more then $100,000
