Robert at Thomas Salon, said re-applications are needed more frequently than I was told originally. Robert re-straightened my hair twice, in March and June 2004. My hair is now damaged and broken.I paid $1k for straight hair and the result was embarrassing damage. I trusted the professionals at Thomas Salon. I would like reimbursement from them so that I may seek treatment for my hair elsewhere.
