CASE NUMBER 2004-11173
upon hiring at my current job i was told that there was room for advancement. i have been with the company for three years in that time i have been pasted up numerous times for promotion. i have a great work history, no lates or reprimands or unauthorized leaves. i believe that the reason i have been passed up for promotion is due to the that that i am a female. i feel that if i were a man i would have recieved a promotion long ago. i am suing for damages in the sum of 25,000.00. i came to this total for salary increase, vacation time, sick time, bonuses and interest if i were to recieve the employment promotions i was promised when i started my job three years ago.
