CASE NUMBER 2005-11204
I went on vacation for a month in the summer. I paid the Defendant $500 to look after my house while I was gone. Part of this job included taking care of my pool in my back yard. However, the day I returned home from vacation, I discovered a pool full of algae and other nasty particles. Also, I found out that the pump used for filtration, powered by an electric motor, was broken. Due to the Defendant's negligence, he didn't add water to the pool to keep it at the water level, causing the pump to overheat because no water came through to recycle. I hold the Defendant liable for the costs it took to buy a new pump and to thoroughly clean the pool.

CASE NUMBER 2005-11203
Basically, Cingular phones system is flawed. I bought a Cingular phone and returned my cellphone to them after two days, but they claim that I have it and I'm using it. So they are sending me calls and bills every week. After I have argued with them, they concluded that they have misplaced that cellphone and it is in someone else's hands, but they want me to still pay for the calls I have never made. So I'm suing them $25,000 because I'm emotionally distressed with them.

CASE NUMBER 2005-11192
I was traveling and one of my luggage was not delivered to my destination. The airport and the airline left the luggage at my home airport. In that suitcase there was a wedding present for my cousin, which was the reason why I traveling in the first place. The airline did not deliver my suitcase in the end and I had to pay for it to be shipped seperately. I was never compensated for the expense of shipping the suitcase and the emotional distress of losing a suitcase. The defendant should pay for those. They claim it was the fault of one of the airport employees and so they are not at fault. However, neither the airport nor the airline reembursed me.

My vehicle was repossessed illegaly. And they breached the peace. There is too much detail to list. They have accepted partial payments and I have been this late before without repossession and when they came to repo my vehicle they broke my gate and after being bit by my dog(so he says) he held my dog and hurt his leg. I came out of my house and he was holding my dog.My boyfriends wallet was in there and they yelled at him about getting it. More details if needed.

CASE NUMBER 2004-11189
On the night of November 11, 2004 I was headed west on the Sunrise Service Road. At this time the car contained 3 passengers, myself driving and 2 other friends, one of which was consuming alcohol. I was pulled over for, as stated by the officer, "not stoping at as stop sign." Upon the officer approaching my window he noticed the case of beer and several empty bottles on the floor that my friend had attempted to hide on the floor. The officer let me go for the stop sign but wrote me a ticket for the open alcohol containers. I was not drinking that night, nor did I have intentions to. I was assigned the role of designated driver that night. I should not have to pay for a ticket that was caused by someonelses actions, not my own. I am sewing the party for reinburstment of amount to be paid as labled on the ticket.
