I went to soccer practice and broke my ankle. It had been raining the day before and there were a bunch of ditches/holes in the field. When I was running for a soccer ball, my foot landed in a hole and it got stuck. I did not notice, so I continued running and I heard a crack. I'm suing the district for severe pain and cost of cleats.

I hired a termite inspector to inspect the house whether or not there were termites in the house. Two years later I found out that there were termites in house, and the wood, which they ate, would have taken longer then two years to eat. I wish for the termite company to pay the amount it would cost to repair the house.

My ex-boyfriend and I developed a program together while we were together. After we separated, we argued over who would keep the program. I believe it is rightfully mine because the computer that we used to develop the program belongs to me. Since he still had my apartment key, he entered my apartment without my permission and stole my computer with the program. I find him liable for stealing my property.

Despite the fact that I have received over 90% on all tests and homework, my French teacher gave me a B for my semester grade. She claimed that I do not participate in class which brought down my grade dramatically. However, that is not the case, I raise my hand in class more than most people and often entheastically participate in class activities.

I applied for a Macys card because it gave you 15% off of your purchase of the day thinking, what have I got to lose? My bill came later in the month and I paid them back. Two months later, I got a notice saying I still owed them money. Ignoring it, I let it go thinking they probably have slow processing. But the next month, they sent me another bill and this time, the amount of money went up. I called customer support and they told me that they still haven't gotten my payment, which is why the bill keeps raising higher. I told them that I mailed it on time right when I got it, but they refused to believe me.

I was stopped at a red light when the car behind me crashed into me. They said that they stepped on the accelerator instead of the brake pedal, and that this was the first time it had happened. There was damage to my car, which cost several thousand to inspect and fix. The defendant should be liable for the damage to the car and the emotional distress this caused.
