CASE NUMBER 2005-11224
My sister is a very successful stock broker on Wall Street. She knows all about the "inside" trade secrets on Wall Street. Without my consent, she used my account to buy and sell stocks and make an ENORMOUS profit. She didn't use her own account because that would be considered "insider trading", and would have serious consequences. Now, the government suspects me of illegal buying and selling of stocks.

CASE NUMBER 2005-11222
I was having surgery to remove the bridge in my gums and replace it with implants. When I went to Dr. Scott Prawatt, he put 3 implants in. I later experienced excruciating pain and 2 months later, but he told me that it would be ok. I went to Dr. Jeworski, who said that one of the implants should not have been put there. I went to Dr. Prawatt to remove it and he did so without proper equipment or anesthetic. I was in the most pain I had ever been in my entire life. The results of Dr. Prawatt's negligence were: emotional distress, 6 months leave from work (3 months without pay), bone loss, pain, and infection. I am suing him for negligence and emotional distress for the sum of $30,000.

CASE NUMBER 2005-11217
There was a red light on a left turn and there was a van already stopped on the light. I stopped behind the van, with my honda accord '98 car, with a reasonable and average length apart of the car in front of me. Then, there was cars lining behind the van in front of me and the my car. The van in front moved back since I guess he was over the white border line for the lanes. As he moved back, he didn't see how much he could move back and hit my car when he did move back. He hit my bumper, radiator and engine; now, my car is not able to be used.

After moving out of my apartment, i requested that my landlord return the deposit i had put in when i first moved in. He refused, and instead attacked my nationality, asking, "Why are you in this country?" I am demanding that he return my deposit at once, because my race should play a role in this situation.

CASE NUMBER 2005-11215
The defendent and I had made plans to go to a concert. I had bought the tickets online and the plan was that she would reimburse. However, at the last minute, something came up and she was unable to attend the concert with me. She told me to find someone else to buy the ticket but since it was so last minute, I was unable to find anyone. Since I was worried the concert would be a little rowdier and I would've been a young woman alone, I did not go by myself. This left me short the money and the experience of the concert that I had been looking forward to. I had also requested time off of work to go to this concert and lost money by not being able to work that night. I am suing the defendent and expect her to reimburse me for the cost of both tickets, the amount of money I would have made at work that night, and the emotional distress that I experienced by trying to find a replacement for her ticket and not being able to go.

A few years ago, a friend and i got accused of shoplifting at riteaid. The manager thought we were stealing some gum and she called up the police and the police questioned us. We didn't know what to say because we didn't intend to steal the gum. We had put it in our pockets because holding it in our hands was an incovenience.
