CASE NUMBER 2005-11229
I left a note on my neighbor's door on my attempt to enter his backyard to get my basketball. There's no signs of evdience that there's dog living in the house, plus I've never hear any dog barking, so I entered the owner's backyard. Suddenly, a huge dog ran toward me and bit me in the leg. I'm suing my neigbor to be liable for my injury and emotional distress, and that he should pay for my injury both physically and mentally.

CASE NUMBER 2005-11227
The defendant and I go to the same tennis class together twice a week. He and I are not on good terms with each other. One day we were practicing on two different courts separated by a large fence. He was playing a match and I was practicing serves. As I tossed a ball up, a second ball came out of no where and nearly hit me in the eye. I closed my eyes as a reflex and in the middle of my accelerating service motion, the racket slipped out of my hand, bounced off the ground and broke my nose. It turns out the second ball came from the defendant on the other court. I am suing for assault and battery, severe pain, and emotional distress.
