CASE NUMBER 2005-11240
I was stopped at a red light when the car behind me crashed into me. They said that they stepped on the accelerator instead of the brake pedal, and that this was the first time it had happened. There was damage to my car, which cost several thousand to inspect and fix. The defendant should be liable for the damage to the car and the emotional distress this caused.

My family and I planned to drive form San Jose to LA for our spring vacation. Since it was going to be a long drive, we had a full checkup on our car and even had some of our parts changed, including the radiator. We wanted the trip to be as smooth as possible since our schedule was tight and we couldn’t afford any car problems. Unfortunately on our way back from LA the radiator exploded and started smoking. The car stopped in the middle of the highway. We got out of the car as soon as possible to check up on the car. Nothing we did could make the car start again. Then we called AAA and had them toll our car to the nearest garage to get it fixed. Because it was late at night, our car couldn’t get fixed until the next morning. We had to rent a room in the nearest hotel and miss a day from work. When our car was fixed, the mechanist informed us that the reason the radiator busted was because lid of the radiator was not secured on properly before

I was lost in Saratoga Hills on the evening of December 5, 2004 when I entered a track home community. A policeman started to follow me so I soon pulled over. He didn't do anything so I proceeded. Later he pulled me over for not using my right blinker at a yield sign. He then started to verbally and sexually harass me.

CASE NUMBER 2005-11233
My dental braces were removed this past Thursday after having dental work done on my teeth for the past two years. However, when my orthodontist removed my molar caps(the metal rings that are glued to the back molars to hold the wires in place), I discovered a cavity on one molar that was not there before the orthodontic procedure. Had the orthodontist been thorough in the monthly checkups, he would have discovered that a cavity was growing beneath my molar cap. I now have a large cavity on my bottom left molar, and am suing for damage and dental bills.
