I sponsered my husband from Guyana,South America. The immigration process cost me ~$US10,000.00 in lawyer and travel fees. Upon arrival into the US,I bought my husband all necessary items to survive such as winter clothes, food etc. Little did I know that he was having an affair through out the entire marriage. As soon as the greencard arrived in the mail,my husband left me for another woman. He later told me that he was just using me to come into the country so that he can marry the person he loves. Knowing that I had genuine feelings for him,my husband used the love that I had for him to his advantage by accepting all monetary gifts along with a free greencard. I want to sue my husband for $US10,000.00; the cost my lawyer fees, the cost of the marriage license and the cost of all amenities upon arrival into the US.

CASE NUMBER 2005-11292
I met this woman, Pat Smith, on summer of 2004. I saw her in the beach by herself, so I approached to her and asked her if I could keep her company. She agreed, and it was it all started. She told me she was going to divorce her husband because he was cheating on her, so we started to go out and date. I like women with large breast, so after a couple of months dating I told her to have a surgery to enlarge her breast, and I would give her that surgery as a present, and she accepted it. But now that she had the surgery, she said she is back with her husband and she doesn't want to know anything about me. I am very upset. I want my money back!!
