A month ago, I had a flight from San Francisco to Chicago to visit my family. I had one carry-on bag, and checked in my other luggage. When I arrived at my destination, I went to pick up my luggage at the baggage claim, and discovered it wasn't there! I waited around for about an hour until there were no more. Immediately, I found security and told them someone must've stolen my luggage and gave them a full description, including what was inside, which was a laptop, gifts for my family, extra clothes, and expensive face and hair products. They asked someone to check my flight record, and discovered that my luggage had been loaded on the wrong plane to Canada! They called the airport there, gave a description, and told me I had to wait for a few days until they found it. Eventually, they did get it, and showed me a picture to confirm it was mine. When I finally got it back a week later, I discovered my laptop was missing, along with some of the gifts I bought for my family!

I was invited over a co-workers house for a dinner party outside on her outside patio on January 23, 2005. While walking around & mingling with other guests at the party, I tripped over a planter box that was present in the middle of a unlit pathway. It was around 9:00 pm, and very dark outside. I was seriously injured, I broke my right leg, and I have had to have an operation on my kneecap. My medical bills are $45,000, which includes the cost of routine doctor check-ups, knee surgery, and the price of medicine prescribed. I am suing my co-worker because she owed me a duty of care by inviting me to her house. I'm suing her for $100,000 for my medical bills and for emotional distress resulting from my injury.

I was sitting in Law class the other day, minding my own business, listening to the teacher like the rest of the class, when the teacher threw a marker at me to get my attention, because he thought I was not listening. The marker hit me in the eye, and now I can only see through my right eye.
