CASE NUMBER 2006-11412
The incident occurred on Jan 23rd when I was eating lunch at a restaurant called Sushi Boat. I ordered Japanese Udon, which includes soup with buckwheat noodles. However, as I was eating, I noticed something interesting on the surface of the bowl. I scooped it out and saw that it was a small cockaroach. When I confronted the restaurant owner about it, they said that it must have been in my hair, and fell inside the soup. How do you get a cockaroach in your hair? As a result, I am sueing the restaurant for $100 on the charge of emotional distress and faulty product or serivice.

In the fall of 2005, I leased my horse to an experienced rider. One day, after a hard workout, she didn't cool down the horse properly. As a result, the horse got colic. I had to pay for a vet examination and medication. I am sueing the rider for the costs and emotional distress.

CASE NUMBER 2006-11408
I had recently purchased a desk from a furniture store. When the truck arrived a few days later with my desk, the workers assembled the entire desk for me. Later that night I decided to put my computer on the desk and a few books. Once I placed the last book on the desk, the legs of the desk literally snapped in half and the desk fell on my toe and broke it. I talked to the furniture store and they found out that the workers didn't assemble the desk the right way. I now want them to pay my medical bill ($900), my damaged computer ($850), and I also my my money back ($500).
