CASE NUMBER 2006-11485
I bought jacket from a seller on ebay for $200 dollars. When it came it had stains and holes in the sleeves. The item description on Ebay said that the jacket was in "like-new" quality, and that I would be completely satisfied. I was not satisfied with my product nor the service I recieved. The seller threatened me with a negative feedback! I demand a full refund of $200.

I would like to sue my summer school teacher for emotional distress and would like to recieve my money back for the classes I took. My teacher did not know the material for the class and did not get any questions right for the problems I brought into class. When I tried to complain, the teacher yelled at me over the phone, calling me names, and said she could do nothing because I had signed a form saying the fee was unrefundable because of a 10% discount I had recieved when I signed up for the mega deal of 10 classes! I demand $1000 for the cost of classes and materials.

I hired a tutor for my Calculus class for $800. After the first lesson, I realized she was a horrible teacher as she got one problem out of 50 correct, and complained it was because of me forgetting to bring the answer key. She also came 30 minutes late the second class I attended. I would like $800 refunded to me for the cost of these classes.

One night, I was walked into a Safeway grocery store for my regular grocery shopping. When I walked in, I noticed that the lighting in the store was only halfly dimmed. While walking down the isle, I slipped on a clear liquid drink, which I later found out to be gatorade. I sustained neck and back injuries, and wasn't able to complete my daily tasks, such as the laundry and cleaning up the house. I'm suing the Safeway Corp. for $1000 for doctor fees for negligence in failing to clean up the spill.
