I am Myles. Anyway I was in California and I broke my arm on the jungle gym of a swing set. I was trying not to spill my beer while lighting a Cuban cigar. By the way I am a minor. I was offered $575.37 for my hosptial bill and they offered to make sure that this never happens to anyone again, by posting signs around every playground in the state. So I am suing for punative damages 1.8 mil. They should have had clear warnings on the playground, signs. By the way they offered to put up signs in every playground in the state, this is serious I want to make sure this never ever happens to anyone again. So I am suing for 1.8 mil.

A Taco Bell location on the corner of De Anza and Bollinger failed to provide me with a free drink after i placed my order. They are required to ask all customers if they wish to purchase a drink, or will have to provide a free drink (signs posted). The lady at the counter did not give me my free drink after neglecting to ask me for a drink. Defendant did not provide one after i asked her. Sueing for false advertisement.

I was walking on the sidewalk, listening to my iPod only in my right ear. All of a sudden, a biker came up on my right, on the sidewalk, and knocked me down with his left handlebar. I put my hand out to break my fall but fractured my scaphoid bone in my wrist. I feel that the biker was negligent and should have ridden his bike on the road. Ergo, I am suing him for $725, the cost of the hospital bill.
