CASE NUMBER 2006-11533
I was playing tennis, and when I was about to win, my oponent served a ball, so that it hit me right in the head, and hit my left eye out. When I told him to apoligize, he said that that was an easy serve, and only a loser could have missed it. I want him to pay me $15 000 000,for he was the reason that I had two eyes before the game, and only one eye after the game, which makes me look less atractive. I also want him to pay additional $5 000 000 for the moral damage he did to me by comparing me to a loser.

I bought a indoor fountain from a store in Vallco Fashion Park Mall in Cupertino. After purchasing the fountain and using it for around one afternoon, I had begun to notice some leaking. Curious to see why the leak had occured, I took the fountain apart and found a defect, a crack in the base, where the water was leaking from. I then packed the fountain in the original packaging and attempted to return it. The store keeper had a no return policy and used it against me. The product was defective and no matter what the store keeper should have exchanged it.
